Human Resources Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of HR experience–ideally within the hospitality/restaurant industry
- Professional HR Certification preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Strong employee relations and talent management experience
- Expertise in critical thinking, communication skills (written & oral), and good judgement
- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:
- Maintain all paper and electronic documentation regarding employee relations
- Act as main POC for all benefit inquiries
- Provide coaching and counseling to employees and management to resolve employee relation matters
- Address complaints from the team in a timely fashion
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation to ensure 100% compliance
- Up to 50% travel for visits and visibility within units
- Support HR projects as needed
