You will be providing leadership and guidance to a new restaurant we will be opening. We are looking for a winning attitude and the ability to facilitate a world-class guest experience. General Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years of previous GM experience.
• Prior experience in an upscale casual full service concept with high cocktail and spirits sales
• Demonstrated experience opening a brand-new location from the beginning.
• Fluent in curating systems and procedures and coaching those on every shift.
• Demonstrated ability in leading 70+ team members to win every day.
• Provide a guest experience that is second to none and keeps them coming back.

General Manager Benefits:

• Competitive base salary of $77 to $85K
• An additional $15K in bonus potential paid out every month.
