FOH Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Creating a welcoming environment for all guests and staff!
- Developing your own skills for future growth opportunities!
- Coaching, development, and hiring of staff!
- Creating a welcoming experience for your guests and staff!
- Adhering to all food safety/quality assurance standards!
- Working in tandem with the General Manager to accomplish store goals!
FOH Manager Qualifications Include:
- At least 2 years of experience as a FOH, Service Manager or Restaurant Manager in a similar setting!
- Full-Service restaurant experience required!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills!
- Alcohol and Beverage experience required!
