Bilingual Commercial Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Managing all projects from start to finish
• Experienced with utilizing OST and Quick Bid
• 2–3 yrs of experience in Commercial drywall, Metal stud framing, and Acoustical ceiling framing work
• Ability to work with Superintendents, suppliers to complete material takeoff and insure the material coordination and accuracy
• Must be organized, very detailed driven when it comes to budgets and job cost
