General Manager Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a quick service or fast casual concept
  • People centric mentality
  • Great computer skills
  • Some financial acumen
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Unquestionable character and integrity
  • Background working with youth is a plus!

General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Communicating and building guest relationships
  • Leading the team and supporting where needed
  • Scheduling and inventory
  • Interviewing and hiring of team members
  • Maintain a positive and safe work environment
