A vibrant, High-Volume Mediterranean restaurant located in the Upper West Side is seeking a hands-on General Manager to join their team!

General Manager Benefits:

General Manager Requirements:

· 5 years experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to lead and develop a large team

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a variety of people

· Strong financial acumen and ability to manage the P&L

General Manager Responsibilities:

· Ability to oversee all restaurant operations in a high-volume environment

· Ability to collaborate with the Executive Chef on seasonal menus

·Maintain sanitation and safety in a high-volume restaurant

·Mentor, Train and Develop a diverse team of employees

·Establish and develop relationships within the neighborhood
