We are a Midwest based, ENR-ranked construction company that specializes in preconstruction, construction management, design-build, general construction, and industrial services to multiple markets. We are looking for a Construction Safety Manager to join our growing team!

Construction Safety Manager Responsibilities:

  • Assist field leadership personnel with delivery and execution with safety routine, protocols, and non-negotiables
  • Assist in the scheduling, coordination, and completion of, and follow-up to, field and office staff substance abuse testing
  • Maintain and manage organization and housekeeping of project site (25-30% local travel)
  • Perform project orientations and maintain completion records
  • Perform audits, equipment inspections; verify permits are issued, completed, and maintained.
  • Coordinate and lead weekly safety meeting

Construction Safety Manager Qualifications:

  • Experience at ENR-ranked Construction company
  • Minimum of 5 years construction experience
  • Ability to quickly analyze and implement immediate solutions
  • OSHA 30-hour construction certificate
  • First Aid CPR/AED certification
  • STSC certification obtained within 1 year
