Senior Accountant Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly analyses on revenue trends and budget variances
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to identify areas for improvement
• Play a key role in annual physical inventory audits
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Analyze inventory and capex balances, recommending adjustments as needed
• Manage assigned accounting processes during period-end close
• Support system implementation projects across departments
• Assist with audit preparation and data gathering
• Develop and enhance financial reporting systems

Senior Accountant Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2-3 years of post-graduate accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing
• High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products
• Experience with ERP systems (Sage 300 experience a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, and Excel Macros (preferred)
