Senior Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- Leadership experience in a full-service, upscale environment
- High volume sales experience – $6+ million annually
- A passion for developing others and a high level of emotional intelligence
- Experience with FOH training systems
- Experience with private events
- Passion for hospitality
Senior Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Interview, hire, train incoming staff
- Scheduling
- Inventory and cost control
- Invoice reconciliation
- Private dining/event booking
