Front of House Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience as a Front of House Manager leading a team in a high-volume venue
  • Calm under pressure and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Full service restaurant experience – comfortable behind the bar
  • Knowledgeable and dedicated to high food quality, safety, and sanitation practices
  • ServSafe Certification and ABC Certification are required

Front of House Manager Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all guest experience
  • Oversee all training and development of customer-facing team members
  • Have handled schedules and inventory and is very hands-on in nature
  • Maintain an upbeat, energetic presence
