Restaurant Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:
- You must have a minimum of 1+ years of full-service concept experience as a salaried Restaurant Manager
- You must have a passion for genuine hospitality and be guest-first focused
- You must have integrity, character, and professionalism
- You must TRULY care about people, especially their team!
- You will drive sales and guest satisfaction
- You will create a fun and safe work environment for team members
- You will work with the kitchen team to ensure quality food and standards of excellence
- You will ensure compliance with all employment policies
