Assistant Restaurant Manager Benefits:

Assistant Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all operations and leadership team
  • Oversee guest services and resolve issues
  • Assists with large party bookings
  • Assist train and manage ALL personnel
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Assistant Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • 2+ years as a Restaurant Supervisor, leading a team of over 15 employees in a fine dining or upscale restaurant required
  • Bartending or Beverage Management, a plus!
  • Proficient with computers, POS systems, and inventory control
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Catering and event experience required
