We are seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented Senior Tax Manager with a passion for revolutionizing the private investment market. If you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and are eager to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!

Senior Tax Manager Responsibilities:

Analyze taxable income for investment vehicles and collaborate with business team members to provide tax insights on business deals.
Assist the VP of Finance in compiling partnership tax returns and reviewing financial records.
Consult with clients on tax-related matters, offering expert advice and solutions.
Define product requirements for automating fund tax return and compliance processes.
Assist with audits and ensure client records are accurate and up-to-date.

Senior Tax Manager Qualifications:

Proven experience in preparing partnership tax returns, K1, K2 and K3's. (experience with CCH Axcess is a plus).
A strong desire to learn about the rapidly evolving alternative investment space and a commitment to understanding client challenges.
Adaptable, with a willingness to collaborate across product, operations, finance, and legal teams.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
CPA certification is required.
