We are seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented Senior Tax Manager with a passion for revolutionizing the private investment market. If you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and are eager to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!

Senior Tax Manager Responsibilities:

  • Analyze taxable income for investment vehicles and collaborate with business team members to provide tax insights on business deals.
  • Assist the VP of Finance in compiling partnership tax returns and reviewing financial records.
  • Consult with clients on tax-related matters, offering expert advice and solutions.
  • Define product requirements for automating fund tax return and compliance processes.
  • Assist with audits and ensure client records are accurate and up-to-date.

Senior Tax Manager Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in preparing partnership tax returns, K1, K2 and K3's. (experience with CCH Axcess is a plus).
  • A strong desire to learn about the rapidly evolving alternative investment space and a commitment to understanding client challenges.
  • Adaptable, with a willingness to collaborate across product, operations, finance, and legal teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • CPA certification is required.
