The Director of Facilities and Maintenance is responsible for the maintenance of an expansive luxury resort. This role has future growth potential. This role will report to the General manager
Director of Facilities and Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Ensure maintenance of interior and exterior of large resort.
- Oversee Preventative Maintenance program of guestrooms, equipment and public space
- Manage the facilities' maintenance team
- Experience with expansive outdoor space that provides 7-day per-week coverage
Director of Facilities and Maintenances Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Facilities Management or related field
- HVAC, electrical background
- Experience with Swimming Pools and Hot tubs
- 5 + years of previous facilities management
Director of Facilities and Maintenance Compensation:
- $80K – $85K
- 401(k) Matching
