An upscale casual dining favorite is seeking a talented Executive Chef whose primary focus will be to assist in creating and overseeing the execution of the menu, as well as the restaurant kitchen operations and controls according to company standards. High-volume experience is a must. 

Executive Chef Requirements:

  • 5 years of current corporate Executive Chef experience
  • High-volume background in a scratch kitchen
  • Working knowledge of restaurant operations, financials, inventory, and control systems
  • Proven track records of commitment to delivering excellent food to our guests every day
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Maintaining high levels of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
  • Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Ability to manage with integrity, honesty, and knowledge while promoting culture and values
