Exciting opportunity to join the successful management team of an established, innovative, multi-unit, multi-concept F&B Management Group. We are looking for a driven, energetic individual with a hands-on approach to take on the role of Hotel Restaurant General Manager. This is a chance to advance to the next level in your career.

General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations as the General Manager of this bustling upscale hotel, overseeing three F&B outlets.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff
  • Pushing consistent quality of food, drinks, and overall guest experience
  • P&L responsibilities

General Manager Requirements:

  • Great personality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, upscale Hotel/Restaurant environment.
  • Strong beverage knowledge a plus
  • Event experience
  • Strong motivation and great work ethic
  • Great tenure
