A well-known local company is looking for an emerging Culinary Leader to join their team! The Restaurant Sous Chef is responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in delivering high-quality, great-tasting food, and ensuring proper food safety, sanitation processes, and profitability. The Restaurant Sous Chef builds top-line revenue by delivering a superior team member and guest experience.

Sous Chef Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Experience in scratch kitchen upscale concept
  • Understanding of systems, methods, and processes
  • Must possess the ability to lead a fun and engaging environment
  • Ability to develop team
  • Strong passion for culinary excellence, and guest service
  • Self Driven – ability and desire to keep learning & growing
  • Problem-Solving Skills

Sous Chef Responsibilities:

  • Team member support
  • Conduct line checks
  • Follow best practices and guidelines to meet the standard
  • Manage day-to-day operations ensuring great guest experiences
  • Ensure the environment in the restaurant supports culture and integrity
