We are hiring a rock-star Executive Kitchen Manager/ Culinary Leader to join our concept of a scratch-kitchen, full-service casual dining restaurant! We are growing, and if you are a quality-driven Executive Chef, join our team of restaurant professionals who serve great food and amazing service in a high-energy restaurant setting. This person will be the kitchen manager for their home restaurant and responsible for all BOH management training. This position will also be the point person for all things culinary.

Executive Kitchen Manager / Culinary Leader  Benefits: 

  • Salary between $70K and $80K
  • Attainable bonus structure

Executive Kitchen Manager/ Culinary Leader Qualifications: 

  • 2- 5 years of experience demonstrating leadership in a Kitchen Leadership role
  • Experience with executing new initiatives, menu rollouts, promotions
  • Independent learners eager to work their way up within the company 
  • Culinary degree required
  • A sincere passion for hospitality 
  • Must have a high level of culinary skill with a good tenure working for reputable restaurant concepts 
  • Valid food handler card, reliable transportation, and willingness to be in the field at the locations, not an office job. 
  • New store opening experience

Executive Kitchen Manager/ Culinary Leader Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for quality, P&L management, and all BOH cost control at home restaurant
  • Responsible for training all company Kitchen managers
  • Responsible for the highest standards in food quality and execution 
  • Strong attention to detail – curious and constantly in pursuit of improvement 
  • Coaching to driving excellence and confronting incompetence 
  • Build relationships quickly and build solid teams 
  • Travel between restaurants to ensure consistency and SOPs are followed from time to time
  • Exude high energy, positive reinforcement, and show passion for hospitality 
  • Great communicator and intelligent with the ability to develop leaders
