We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join a growing and dynamic team at a reputable family owned general contracting company. If you have a strong background in commercial construction, update your resume and apply today!

Responsibilities:

  • Review and understand construction drawings and specifications
  • Manage day-to-day operations and troubleshoot field-related issues
  • Inspect work in progress for compliance with specifications and construction practices
  • Schedule manpower and material requirements, including subcontractors and vendors
  • Coordinate construction team to resolve conflicts and address construction issues
  • Maintain positive relationships with management, engineering personnel, and inspectors
  • Provide daily field reporting, photo documentation, and progress tracking

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of commercial construction experience
  • Experience with projects $20 million+
  • Strong written, verbal, and mathematical skills
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam software
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts as needed
