We are looking for a manager to lead our Food and Beverage Department that has their finger on the pulse of the Burlington, VT food scene and looking to take our restaurant to the next level. F&B Manager Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • 2+ years of Hotel management experience
  • Available to work evenings, Holidays and weekends required
  • Lead a team that provides exceptional guest service and dining experience
  • Manage, train and develop new team members
  • Scheduling and payroll
  • Budgeting, forecasting and inventory control
  • Problem avoidance and critical thinking to solve problems that arise
  • Ability to communicate proficiently in English
  • Computer savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems
