We are looking to hire a high-energy professional to join a successful management team of an established, fast-growing retail group. This is the chance for a driven individual with a hands-on approach to advance to the next level. Our current need is for a strong Retail General Manager. Sports retail experience is a plus.
Retail General Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations as a Retail General Manager for this busy location
- Hire, train, and develop staff
- Take disciplinary actions as needed
- Ensure consistent quality of product, and overall guest experience as the General Manager
Retail General Manager Requirements:
- Winning personality
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- At least 4 years of Retail General Manager experience
- Strong motivation and great work ethic
