We are searching for a high volume, upscale dining hands-on Restaurant General Manager to lead our team! Must be very GUEST DRIVEN, BE AN INCREDIBLE HOST & BE ENGAGING!

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a high-volume, fine dining or upscale dining restaurant
  • Steak and/or seafood cuisine preferred and $5+ million in annual sales volume
  • 80% on the floor, 20% Admin
  • Strong organizational/leadership skills

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Graciously and courteously interact with guests – greeting, seating, and/or table touching with the expected level of professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Ensure smooth operations between guests, dining room, staff, and kitchen
  • P & L and cost management experience
  • Staff members: interviewing, onboarding, scheduling, evaluating, coaching & developing
  • Always present a professional and pleasant demeanor no matter what
