Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • Experience in Fast-Paced, High Volume Upscale (minimum 2 years)
  • Proven Track Record, Strong Progression, and Tenure
  • People Driven
  • Strong Communicator
  • Fine Food and Wine Knowledge
  • ServSafe and TABC Certified 

Restaurant Manager Duties:

  • Direct a Team of Up To 40 Staff
  • Constantly Driving and Building Sales
  • Ensuring the Guest Experience
  • Work With The Team Daily, Coaching and Guiding
