Restaurant District Manager's Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience as a Multi-Unit Manager in the Fast-Casual, or QSR segment
  • Exceptional tenure in previous jobs
  • Be exceptional, outstanding, positive, and set an inspiring tone
  • Daily monitoring of district labor results
  • Oversee multiple locations
  • Drive sales, control food costs, labor, and deliver financial results
  • Adhere to best practices and processes for task follow-up and documentation of all activity
  • Understand our company culture and lead through it
  • Holds GMs & their crew accountable to company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Take ownership of new store openings by recruiting General Managers, pre-training staff, providing certified trainers, and hiring staffing pars
  • Experience developing people with their leadership skill set and retaining staff to support growth
