Bar Manager Responsibilities:

  • Reports to the General Manager
  • Deliver the highest quality of food and contribute to exceeding expectations
  • Consistent execution of all systems, standards, and processes
  • Inventory control (food, labor, and product cost)
  • Hands-on leadership, working side-by-side with your team

Bar Manager Requirements:

  • Bar experience in upscale casual concepts with $5M plus in sales per year
  • Solid cocktail experience (mixology)
  • Cicerone Certification within 6 months
  • Strong tenure in previous positions
  • Experience cultivating and maintaining guest relations through a dynamic floor presence
  • Positive, energetic approach
  • Professional image & demeanor
  • Holds peers and staff accountable to expected results
