Executive Chef Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • Experience as an Executive Chef / Kitchen Manager in a scratch kitchen preferred
  • Very hands-on working role
  • Must be able to work weekends & holidays as required
  • Possess a passion for developing teams by coaching, teaching, and training them to company standards
  • Experience with inventory management, food ordering, and food cost accountability
