Country Club General Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities
- 5+ years of General Manager experience in an upscale Country Club environment.
- Excellent understanding of structure with the ability to teach and develop your team.
- You must display strong people skills and be driven to learn as much as possible about your member base.
- Possess the ability to be the face of the club, while also displaying strong administrative skills.
- Business mindset with a teaching and coaching mentality.
- Proactive and strong critical thinking skills.
