We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and dedicated Director of Nursing. If you have a passion for working with seniors – we need you to join our team!

Director of Nursing Qualifications:

  • Current Colorado RN License and valid CPR
  • Hands-on servant leader mentality
  • 3+ years of management experience preferred (SNF, LTC, DON, DNS)
  • Strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations
  • An incredible work ethic, and compassionate personality
  • High integrity, maturity, and genuine desire to see seniors thrive

Director of Nursing Compensation and Benefits:

  • $90,000.00 – $$120,000.00
  • Mileage and travel reimbursement
