We are seeking a RESTAURANT SENIOR SOUS CHEF for our farm-to-table inspired concept in Greensboro, GA. Are you a creative Chef with strong leadership skills? We need someone with passion, commitment, and a desire to grow in their career! If you are a "Lead by Example" Manager, we want to speak with you.

Salary range between $75,000.00 – $80,000.00

Senior Sous Chef Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience managing a scratch kitchen
  • Exceptional team building, and communication skills
  • Experience in either a private club, full-service hotel, or restaurant environment
  • Proficient in hiring, training, scheduling, and creating menus on a seasonal basis
  • Strong knowledge of current food trends and cooking methods
  • Helpful and friendly, willing to go the extra mile

Senior Sous Chef Expectations:

  • Responsible for the highest level of food quality and presentation
  • Good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions
  • Ability to work shoulder to shoulder with the team
  • Must have excellent time-management skills and be a critical thinker
