A local restaurant group is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to guide the vision for the future of our restaurants! Our restaurants run the gamut of everything from fine dining to fast-casual service, and everything in between! We are looking for a true leader to actualize the vision for the group. A leader to grow our footprint and open new restaurants. A leader to guide our concept development and marketing. A leader to continue the financial success of our company. A leader who innovates, explores, and can move from ideation to actualization!

Multi-unit Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

  • 5 years of Restaurant leadership, at least 3 years at Director of Multi-unit group
  • Experience with concepts from fine dining to fast-casual
  • Strong financial acumen and history of positive financial leadership performance
  • Experience with NROs
  • A truly accountable, personable, humble, and confident leader
  • Extensive experience working in unique concepts, no chains

Multi-unit Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the operational performance of all restaurants in the portfolio
  • Guide all leaders in the continuous development and betterment of the concepts
  • Supervise the opening of new restaurants
  • Work with new potential restaurants and new concepts
