We are seeking an experienced, local to Austin, Upscale Restaurant Manager to join our team! We are a local, growing, upscale-casual restaurant group with three concepts. We feature a locally crafted scratch menu, specializing in amazing food with a neighborhood atmosphere. We're looking for a candidate who can build relationships with our loyal regular guests and take great care of our team!

Local Upscale Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ Years Experience in a full-service, scratch kitchen upscale concept
- 2+ Years in Austin, Texas – this is non-negotiable
- Understanding of systems, methods, and processes
- Must possess the ability to lead a fun and engaging environment and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop team
- Strong passion for food and beverage
- Self Driven – power and desire to keep learning & growing and want to be a GM
- Problem-Solving Skills
Local Upscale Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Team member support
- Conduct line checks
- Prepare end-of-shift and day financials
- Follow best practices. and guild lines to meet the standard
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring great guest experiences
- Ensure the environment in the restaurant supports culture and integrity
- Must love people, build regular clientele, and be a part of a team
