Great opportunity to join a successful management team of an established, innovative, multi-unit, multi-concept restaurant Group. This is the chance for a driven, energetic personality with a hands-on approach to advance to the next level. Our current need is for a strong General Manager for this new, exciting, high-profile opening.

General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations as a General Manager for this busy, fine dining, very polished concept
  • Hire, train, and develop staff
  • Take disciplinary actions as needed
  • Ensure consistent quality of food, drinks, and overall guest experience as the General Manager

General Manager Requirements:

  • Winning personality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • At least 5 years of management experience in a high-volume fine dining restaurant.
  • Strong motivation and great work ethic
  • Great tenure – demonstrated progress at prior jobs
