The Ideal Sous Chef has:

  • 2+ years of culinary leadership experience in an upscale setting
  • Culinary degree is a plus
  • Track record of effectively controlling costs and building teams
  • Exposure to sales volumes of 4M or more
  • Strong tenure and career progression
