An Iconic Chicago-based restaurant group is seeking a polished Restaurant Manager for one of its distinguished locations. We have been delivering exceptional experiences for our guests for over thirty years and have been a leader in the hospitality market, being known for great food and service. Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years as a Manager in an upscale mid to high-volume restaurant
- A polished and professional presentation
- A team builder and hands-on leader that fosters a feeling of being valued for the team
- Understanding of delivering financial results
- A NEVER SAY NO approach to guest satisfaction
- High energy and outgoing personality
- Passion for hospitality and delivering a great experience to evey guest
- Uncompromising in standards and never looking for short-cuts
- A coach, teacher and mentor for those around you
Restaurant Manager Compensation:
