Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all duties of the restaurant operation
  • Handling guest complaints
  • Staff training, inter-department communications, and staff scheduling

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

  • 3 years experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high-volume restaurant ($3M+)
  • Great employee and customer service skills
  • High-energy
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
