We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Area Director to join our team. We are a growing full-service restaurant franchisee of one of the most iconic family dining concepts in the country.
Area Director Responsibilities:
- Oversee profit and sales growth for an assigned geographic area
- Works directly with GMs to execute growth plans
- Prepares financial reports and analyzes data to produce solutions
- Identifies areas for improvement and puts plans into place to address
Area Director Qualifications
- 5 – 10 years experience as a Area Director, District Manager OR Regional VP
- Full service, breakfast heavy, family dining experience
- Food Safety Certification required
- Ability to coach and motivate managers and employees
Area Director Benefits
