Are you a skilled litigator with a passion for property law? Our renowned First-Party Property practice is seeking a talented attorney to handle complex property damage claims throughout Florida.
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Represent clients in property damage cases, including sinkhole, water, wind, and fire claims
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
- Develop and execute effective litigation strategies
- Build strong client relationships through exceptional advocacy
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree and admission to the Florida Bar
- Proven litigation experience, preferably in property damage or related areas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
