QSR Restaurant is currently looking for its next-great Restaurant District Manager!

Your Restaurant District Manager Responsibilities:

  • People-first culture, Mayor of your business
  • Mentor and lead your team to meet sales and budget goals
  • Grow the business by focusing on execution and food quality
  • Accurately forecasting business trends by store
  • Meets or exceeds company sales goals and expectations

Your Restaurant District Manager Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 2 – 3 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience
  • Restaurant volume experience of $1 million and up in annual sales
  • District size of 4-8 stores
  • QSR background with drive-thru experience
  • Proven track record
  • Focused on people, hospitality, and integrity
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Strong communication skills
