We are currently looking for a Regional Manager to oversee our locations in CA and AZ!

Regional Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee District Manager, GM's, Managers including training, development, and mentorship
  • Enable culture within the company: customer first culture, positive work environment
  • Manage financials including budgeting, forecasting, etc
  • Strategize future plans with leadership, execution, and measure results
  • Work with other departments, such as marketing, finance, operations, etc.

Regional Manager Requirements:

  • At least 5 yrs. in a multi-unit, fast-casual concept
  • Great leaderships skills, including soft people skills
  • Ability to travel to other locations and out of state
  • Strong financial and administrative abilities
  • Good tenure, no job hoppers
