Join our client's Engineering Department as a Senior Wastewater Engineer! We're looking for licenced professional engineers to contribute to our client's exciting wastewater projects in the Capital Region of New York. Apply today!

Responsibilities:

– Support wastewater projects from initial programming to design and construction

– Lead preparation of design packages for utility pipelines, pumping stations, and treatment facilities

– Generate technical reports, including engineering reports and feasibility studies

– Conduct field investigations and inspections, providing engineering support

– Coordinate with regulatory agencies for necessary permits

– Provide construction administration support, including project meetings and site inspections

– Collaborate with other disciplines for project execution

Qualifications:

– Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering

– 7+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering, including wastewater

– Professional Engineer (P.E) License

– Knowledge of State, Federal, and local regulations for sanitary sewers and wastewater treatment

– Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

– Understanding of hydraulic modeling preferred

– Ability to work in multiple design teams with strong organizational skills
