Assistant Restaurant Manager Requirements:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a polished/fine dining environment
  • Passionate about hospitality and have a guest-centric mentality
  • Excited about premium products and being part of an award-winning team
  • Wine knowledge and ability to guide guests
  • An uncapped willingness to learn and teach
  • A leadership style of motivation, positivity, and inspiration

Assistant Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a plan for each dinner service
  • Manage reservations and the flow of the restaurant
  • Contribute to menu development
  • Scheduling for 20+ team members
  • Manage the supplies (inventory, ordering, etc.)
  • Spend service on the floor, connecting with guests and supporting the team
