A well established restaurant is seeking an Executive Chef with excellent communication and the ability to work hands on. If this is you, please apply!

Executive Chef Requirements:

  • High-volume experience 4+ million a year
  • 4+ years of Executive Chef experience in an upscale casual dining environment
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to lead
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Strong work ethic and capable of working under pressure

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining food cost
  • Ability to teach a winning crew
  • Oversee service and expediting from the line
  • Expert in using knives and all cooking equipment for preparation
  • Comply with all county and state laws governing food service operations
