Executive Chef Requirements and Responsibilities

  • 3-5 years minimum in an Executive Chef role
  • Track record of effectively controlling costs (labor, food, waste)
  • Scratch kitchen with an emphasis on Italian cuisine – expertise with a wood-fired oven is a HUGE bonus
  • Train and lead the team side-by-side on the line and in the trenches
  • Passion and pride for excellence
