We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Marketing Manager to join our talented team in the food-related retail segment. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive customer acquisition, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer loyalty through Social Media Marketing and Loyalty Programs. This is NOT a remote position. This person will be required to be in the office Monday-Friday.

Marketing Manager Benefits:

Marketing Manager Responsibilities/Qualifications:

·        Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive foot traffic, and increase sales.

·        Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends in the grocery store segment.

·        Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and loyalty programs.

·        Monitor competitors' marketing activities and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.

·        Stay up to date with emerging marketing trends and technologies and implement innovative strategies to drive business growth.

·        Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

·        Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. Experience using Adobe and Google Analytics is required.

·        3+ years leading Social Media Marketing plans; preferably a Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

·        Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

·        Creative thinking and a passion for innovation in marketing.
