Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies that align with our goals and vision.
  • Effectively manage and communicate cash flow-related issues to management and ownership.
  • Collaborative Financial Planning: Work closely with senior management to craft long-term financial plans and detailed annual budgets.
  • Financial Reporting and Oversight: Deliver precise financial reports, monitor fiscal performance, and spearhead necessary improvements.
  • Regulatory and Compliance Adherence: Ensure all financial operations comply with legal standards and internal controls.
  • Cost Management: Identify efficiencies and lead cost-control initiatives to enhance profitability.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and exceptional service.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • Brings a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance within the Hotel industry.
  • Demonstrates a proven track record in strategic financial planning and analysis.
  • Possesses a deep understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
  • Showcases superior analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities with a knack for team management and development.
