Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Michelin-starred chefs to craft exceptional dishes that delight our guests.
  • Prepare and execute high-quality, seasonal cuisine during daytime hours.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
  • Develop and train team members, providing supervision, scheduling, coaching, and recognition.
  • Utilize excellent cooking skills and expertise with high-quality ingredients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a luxury hotel property
  • Fine-dining restaurant experience is a plus
  • Formal culinary training or equivalent experience
  • Strong career progression
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong at multitasking and prioritizing of duties
  • Excellent people skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
