NIGHT CLUB MANAGER

Seeking an experienced Night Club Manager or Lead Team Member who is looking to grow their career for this exciting, high-tech, and upscale venue. Night Club Manager Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years supervisory experience in upscale food and beverage or nightclub venues
  • Ability to direct and delegate work assignments
  • Experienced in basic administrative, business, and cash handling procedures
  • Willingness to work on-typical hours including evenings into e early mornings, and weekends

Night Club Manager Responsibilities: 

  • Maintains patron satisfaction and builds relationships with preferred customers
  • Recruiting, selecting, training, and scheduling of hourly staff
  • Clearly communicates job expectations while enforcing policies and procedures
  • Maintains safe, secure, and healthy facility environment
