Are you a dynamic, experienced, and 'out of the box' Spa Director looking for your next adventure? We are a boutique hotel nestled in the stunning Jackson Hole, Wyoming, seeking a talented individual to create, cultivate, and nurture our brand-new spa, wellness, and salon operations. If you are passionate about luxury service, thinking out of the box, exceeding guest expectations, and want to work for Owners who will collaborate and allow you to lead and develop your dream Spa, we want to hear from you!

Director of Spa & Wellness Compensation:

  • Fantastic base salary – 90-110K, depending on experience
  • Health insurance with generous company contribution, 70%
  • Housing options and potential subsidization
  • PTO – 4 weeks after year one
  • 401K with company match
  • Relocation package options may be available
  • Bonus – TBD based on Experience

Director of Spa & Wellness Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
  • Manage day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth functioning of all departments
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance targets
  • Oversee financial activities, including budgeting, payroll, and cash handling
  • Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain a high-performing team
  • Maintain inventory levels and oversee procurement processes
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Director of Spa & Wellness Qualifications:

  • We have a Michelin-starred Chef running our F&B Operations! We seek someone with a similar spa background with one or more of the following recognitions attained at your Spa: Forbes Travel Guide Star Awards, World Spa Awards, Condé Nast Traveler Spa Awards, Good Spa Guide Awards, or Luxury Spa Awards.
  • At least 3- 5+ years of leading spa operations in a luxury hotel, resort, or luxury country club spa – or an Assistant Director from a large luxury hotel, resort, or luxury country club spa.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in team management and leadership roles
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and retail management practices
  • Ability to recruit, train, and develop employees effectively
  • Excellent sales and marketing skills to drive business growth
  • Excellent technology and wellness platform(s) fluency
  • Appropriate WY state health and sanitation certifications, Massage Therapist License, Esthetician license, Spa Manager Certification – ALL REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED.
  • Luxury Hotel or Country Club experience would be ideal for this role.
