Exec Chef/F&B Director Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • MUST have multi-outlet experience as Exec Chef or F&B Dir.
  • MUST have some Beverage (FOH) experience
  • MUST have catering/events experience
  • Pastry experience
  • New outlet opening experience
  • Interested in community outreach and brand building
  • Ability to manage P&L and departmental budgets
  • Ability to maintain appropriate staffing levels
  • Ability to train and develop both FOH & BOH teams
  • Menu/Recipe Development
  • Ability to implement and maintain sanitation systems and standards
