Floor Manager Responsibilities:

  • Instill the importance of exceptional customer service into the team
  • Supervise the team ensuring daily operational goals are met
  • Maintain accurate inventory
  • Train and mentor associates on policy and procedures
  • Manage price changes
  • Monitor and maintain merchandising visual standards
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety are top priority
